Orders

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable taxes (where applicable) and are in ZAR (South African Rand). Shipping costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product is in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
